Jewelry is mechanical but it must be comfortable to wear and fit the contour of the body. Anne has two styles
primarily. Her link necklaces inspired by a study of old armor and metalsmiths of the past. The necklaces are
a very comfortable and form fitting series of invisibly linked pieces. She also likes to work with beads that are
ancient, 400 to 2000 years old, and materials that were commonly used by the ancients (lapis, carnelian, amber,
turquoise). The metals Anne uses are sterling, 14k, 18k & 24k gold.
She works in her Taos studio everyday creating these unique one of a kind pieces of art. There are many
collectors of Anne's jewelry in the US and Abroad. |
